In Ayurveda process of delivering a baby has been compared to germination of seed. For having a proper germination of seed and a fruitful tree, healthy seeds, fertile land, proper season and balanced nutrition are the 4 basic requirements.
A healthy fruit (devine child) can only grow if:
- Seeds (Sperm & Ovum) are pure & hereditary disease free
- Land (Uterus) is fertile and healthy
- Season (Right Age & Right day of period) is suitable
- Nutrition is balanced and wholesome.
